Drink Tea to Eliminate Belly Fat

If you are trying to eliminate the jiggle around your waistline, tea may be a smart addition to our diet and abs workout program according to researches. Although drinking tea may not make belly fats magically dissolve immediately, believe me, it may help enhance the results.

Since the beginning of this summer season, I also started working out to at least reduce my belly fats, and I’m serious this time, really.

One Top Lifestyle Tea

And since I am very eager to dispose my excess fats, I have been researching for ways on how to eliminate that jiggle around my waistline. And, based on my research, I found out that other than red wine before bed time, tea is also one of the best ways to aid in your weight lost program and I think it’s effective.

However, my biggest problem is that I am not really used into drinking tea as I am a coffee addict, and I am not sure if I would love the taste of tea. I really thought that switching into tea would be a big challenge for me, but when I tried, I found out it’s not and I actually enjoyed it.

From doing my abs work out in the morning, limiting my carbs and sugar intake, walking for at least 40 minutes a day to drinking a glass of red wine at night, I still want to add tea to my diet to maximize my daily weight loss program.

Knowing that I am hesitant to drink tea, a friend of mine from Japan recommended Karel Capek’s tea for my weight loss program since it has a wide variety of classic and flavored black teas to offer. She shipped a few flavors of the said tea all the way from Japan to Philippines so I could try a few flavors, hoping that I would love its taste, and bingo! She got me!

I was quite surprised that Karel Capek’s tea has really got the perfect tea blends for me. I tried all the flavors that my friend sent me – the Royal Apple, Cream Girls Tea, White Peach Tea and the 2017 Year’s Tea. I tried all of them, and with or without sugar and milk, I just love it! It has the rich and smooth flavor of tea that I would definitely enjoy.

What is even more surprising is when my 8-year old daughter, who is also a picky eater like me, tried my tea and she enjoyed its taste. In fact, she loves it and now she keeps on asking me to buy more. She loved the Cream Girls Tea the most since she loves strawberries.

I am grateful that I can now make my unica hija to drink tea without further ado. We could now both enjoy drinking tea while getting all the nutrients and benefits that it can provide to our health. Thanks to my very good friend for recommending Karel Capek.

Meanwhile, if you would ask the effect of tea for my weight loss, I feel like it’s indeed an effective way to reduce belly fats since I can really feel it. I am starting to lose some weight and my belly fat is starting to get smaller and smaller. So, cheers to a fitter and healthier new me!

New and it’s FDA Approved: Wheatgrass Lemon

Our new product is here!

Wheatgrass is a good blood builder, anti-bacterial and good for digestion.

And don’t we ALL just love Lemon, with its tangy, sour taste and fresh/perky smell!

The lemon is a rich source of nutrients like calcium, potassium, vitamin C and pectin fibre. Like wheatgrass, it has medicinal values and antibacterial properties.

Drinking wheatgrass with lemon regularly will help in removing overall acidity in the body including uric acid which causes pain and inflammation in the joints. Let’s keep building up our pH balance.

My visit to Hello Kitty Dessert Bar in SM North EDSA – Philippines

I went to the Philippines for a two week short vacation and it’s a must to block my schedule to visit Hello Kitty Dessert Bar in SM North EDSA. It was a gloomy friday when we traveled from Cavite to North side of Metro, the traffic was so bad early in the morning and we need to get back to Cavite before afternoon rush hour.

Weeks ago, Hello Kitty Cafe truck visited Midwest USA (Illinois) and we lined up for two hours to grab yummy Hello Kitty treats. I am very eager to drag myself early morning to be able to complete my mission.

HK pastries

Fortunately, when we arrived in SM North EDSA’s Prime Block (3rd Floor) the store was empty so we went ahead and ordered different treats like doughnuts, tiramisu, coffee and shakes (with Hello Kitty faces & Sanrio gang on icings, toppings and coffee design).

As we were waiting for our orders, we took snapshots of the shop’s pink Hello Kitty facade and tons of selfie. White and pink tables complemented the ‘kawaiiness’ atmosphere though the seats were limited, I highly advised that you arrive early. Utensils from paper cups, stirrer and placemats have Hello Kitty faces and I wish I can take them home while Hello Kitty cafe crews wear their cutest pink aprons.

My Mango-Graham Frappe was a grand winner (not that too sweet, perfectly paired with my doughnut!) as well as the other drinks according to my family & friend. The signature Hello Kitty and My Melody doughnuts were soo good!

Other food items include like salads, signature pasta, and breads. Price range from Php 85 and above. It’s quite expensive but who cares if you love Hello Kitty, you’ll appreciate the ambiance and the food.

I heard that a more spacious Hello Kitty Cafe is about to open soon in SM Aura or nearby BGC? Can you please confirm?

Jollibee: Filipino fast food chain opens in Skokie, Illinois

The first Filipino fast food chain made its debut on July 29 in Midwest. Located in the Touhy Marketplace shopping center (3534 Touhy Avenue), its opening day was a jampacked and we were lucky that we don’t have to wait that long when we went last weekend. The lines continue to develop and people keep coming in from different places. I know people drove hours for Jollibee. That’s how we love Jollibee.

Everyone is patiently waiting just to take home our favorite chickenjoy, burgers and halo-halo. Unfortunately, burger steak is not available until August 15. Jollibee’s menu is quite different from the Philippines because the store serves halo-halo. It won’t matter if we want an hour or more just to taste our local dishes. I’ve read online and non-Filipinos were curious why there were so many people lining outside, some recommended they should try it and we would love to hear your feedback about our food. If you were watching Anthony Bourdain’s show in CNN – Parts Unknown. There was a scene wherein he tries eating at Jollibee.

Part of our family tradition is to eat at Jollibee, rain or shine, breakfast to dinner, dine in or take out. We even celebrate our birthdays, different occasions and meetings because we love to share our moments with Jollibee.

This is also a good opportunity to come and meet together. You’ll see the excitement on their faces when they reach the cashier area. The place can’t accommodate all of us so it’s better if you order and ‘take out’ (to go). I remembered few years ago when I flew to California and Las Vegas, eating at Jollibee is on my ‘must to do’ list. Now, how lucky we are because there will be a 2nd Jollibee about to open in N Elston Ave (Chicago) later this year.

Happy Bee Day to all of us!
