Great Greek Cooking Experience with Chef Robby Goco of Cyma
Another unique food experience happened at Megaworld Lifestyle Malls Chef Series as Chef Robby Goco of Cyma shared his some cooking secrets and techniques. Chef Robby showed to us how to prepare nutritious Greek menus from Cyma (the Philippine’s most successful Mediterranean Resto in Metro). Cyma’s most loved moussaka, baklava, or couscous were present on the menu for that day and also the guests learned how to preserve the ingredients and how it will maintain its natural flavor. I also remembered that Chef Robby answered some Questions from the guests like where did Cyma get some of its ingredients and how much it costs.
Of course, everyone had a chance to taste the food prepared on hand and got a chance to get more tips from Chef Robby.
