The Lights Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary with fun filled two day activities. To officially kick off the holiday season, the tradition continues and starts off with a grand parade traveling Oak Street & North Michigan and South Michigan to Wacker Drive and a tree lighting ceremony on Michigan Ave Magnificent Mile hosted by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse.

Going to Quezon province to buy "pasalubongs" was one of our to-do list of our 10 day Philippines adventure. I saw this Air Summit Gourmet restaurant on the Internet and I was curious how it looked like so we decided to visit this airline by land! I was told that this airplane was bought and modified as a restaurant. I read the menu while waiting for check in at Kamayan sa Palaisdaan resort - yes, the plane is inside the resort and we booked overnight to explore the place.
