June 14, 2026, was a day to remember as I spent the final day of TOYCON NEXUS x POPLIFE Festival 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Manila. Known as the largest pop-culture event in the Philippines, TOYCON once again lived up to its reputation, bringing together collectors, cosplayers, gamers, artists, and fans from across countless fandoms under its powerful theme: “All Fandoms, One TOYCON.”

From the moment I stepped into the venue, the energy was electric. The halls were alive with excitement as crowds eagerly explored everything the convention had to offer on its final day. Booth after booth showcased an incredible array of collectibles—action figures, trading cards, comics, anime merchandise, and rare finds that made the experience feel like a true paradise for enthusiasts. Whether you were a casual fan or a dedicated collector, there was something captivating at every turn.




One of the standout highlights of Day 3 was undoubtedly the cosplay community. The level of creativity and craftsmanship on display was nothing short of amazing. Cosplayers brought beloved characters to life—from anime and video games to movies and comics—with stunning attention to detail. The atmosphere was vibrant and celebratory as fans gathered to take photos, cheer, and connect over shared admiration for their favorite characters.

Another must-visit area was Artist Alley, where local Filipino artists proudly showcased their original work. Walking through this space was both inspiring and refreshing. From beautifully illustrated art prints to quirky stickers and handcrafted collectibles, each booth offered something unique. Supporting these talented creators added a deeper sense of meaning to the experience, highlighting the creative spirit within the local community.




Beyond the exhibits and displays, one of the most memorable aspects of TOYCON has always been the people. Meeting fellow fans and collectors made the experience even more special. Conversations flowed easily—about favorite franchises, prized collections, and upcoming releases—reminding everyone that TOYCON is more than just a convention. It’s a community brought together by shared passion.



As the event approached its final hours, the excitement didn’t slow down. Special guest appearances, engaging stage activities, and the highly anticipated TOYCON COSKON 2026 Grand Finals kept the energy high until the very end. Watching some of the country’s best cosplay talents compete and perform was truly a highlight, showcasing dedication, artistry, and passion at the highest level.

Looking back, the final day of TOYCON NEXUS x POPLIFE Festival 2026 was an unforgettable celebration of creativity, fandom, and connection. It perfectly captured what makes pop culture so special—the ability to bring people together through shared interests and imagination.

I left the event with great memories, exciting new additions to my collection, and a renewed appreciation for the vibrant community that makes TOYCON so special.
