On the other side of the stage, yes, there were two stages at Toycon wherein panel discussion, games, trivia contests and band performances were held. At the first day of Toycon, Cardio boys showed up on their aerobics costume and performed at the crowd area. Guests were very amazed and entertained. Apparently, the mascot boy named "Cherifer" went up to the stage challenging the Cardio boys. It was a very hilarious Saturday and all of us were burst into laughter. Hey, Cherifer did a lot of stunts. And, he's one of our favorite mascot as of today :) Other performances last Sunday were Moonlight Avery, Evening Tea Time, Himitsu Heiki and a guest local band; Novus Luna.

ITS BATTLE TIME ONCE AGAIN. Day One of Toycon is a great success; lots of surprises, gimmicks and of course cosplayers and toy exhibits dominated the three halls of Megatrade (1-2-3). It looked like having a three in one event. Hall 1 composes of toy exhibits where you can find items you're dreaming to have. Hall 2 exhibits of sponsors, promos, event programme which are really targeted the audience's niche. And Hall 3 wherein a big cosplay event contest takes place; as well as the shoot of the upcoming flick: Cosplay Nation . Before the event started, ribbon cutting was held near the entrance together with ABS-CBN stars Lauren Young, Zaijian Jaranilla, and Martin Del Rosario. Also, they invited all guests to participate on their Larunguan project and donate educational toys, books and other related materials to their booth located at the Hall 2. It was a great opportunity to meet the people behind this big project produced by Yian Studios and China Film Group Corp. A press conference was held yesterday, Friday, June 17 at the Megatrade Conference hall (this is actually their 2nd presscon) about filming, Cosplay Nation during the two day event in Toycon . The Toycon organizers told their most memorable stories for the past 10 years, from the year that they started until their future stand in organizing a pop culture event. Surprisingly, the Gosiengfiao sisters ( Alodia Gosiengfiao and Ashley Gosiengfiao ) were present and shared their joyous moments in cosplaying. WHAT IS THEIR OWN DEFINITION OF COSPLAY?
