Whew, it took almost a week for my blog to recover. Good thing that I have restored my XML files but unfortunately Media files were gone just like before. It was announced that Solid Hosting were attacked by some phishing incidents and decided to manually restored the data ( http://clients.solidhosting.ph/announcements/71/Update-2-Server-Offline.html ) Unfortunately most of my images were hosted directly and I should use a third party host for my media files. If I missed some of your events or coverage  please don't hesitate to email me or use the contact form to message me and I would love to post your materials. I missed the first show last November 2012 and good thing that MCA Music answered my prayer for a repeat show. I know this is only a limited engagement with Ely Buendia and I told my brother Azrael that we should not miss our chance. I bought my tickets at Eastwood Mall. Seats were fullybooked and we have no choice to seat on the left side. The funny part of the story was a minor glitch that my ticket got jammed on the printer and I waited for a couple of minutes and tadaaah --- the ticket was printed! I haven't been to Music Museum, that was a very intimate engagement backed up by a 15-piece orchestra (awesomeness!). Ofcourse, Ely sang some of the biggest hits like Alapaap, Ang Huling El Bim bo, and even some of the songs he collaborated with his late good friend, Francis Magalona. Unfortunately we didn't have that good shots but we're lucky that our dear friend from Kevin of Manila Concert Scene was able to take some cool snapshots ( photos here )  and uploaded this son...

Talking about good food and affordability - then if you're living near Valenzuela you are familiar with Golden Crown Food Center . I love eating Chinese foods and my BFF told me to try this place. The restaurant is small, also I observed people come and go. Just like any other foodchains we see in the Metro. I haven't been to Valenzuela for almost 10 years (hahaha!), good thing that my BFF is smart enough to tour me around and show me such good places like this one. She mentioned that my family usually dine at their Monumento branch which I cannot remember its name LOL (amnesia!). We ordered few dishes and golden crown chicken is one of their bestseller. I think next time we really need to visit some less expensive and simple restaurant like this in the near future. So, goodbye muna sa high end restaurants (unless it's free haha just kidding). I spent the last Saturday of January at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Marilao, Bulacan. That was my very first visit and I am so happy to see this beautiful Shrine. The weather is really perfect (not that hot and cloudy) during the morning when we reached Marilao, Bulacan.           Upon entering, there is a life-sized station of the cross at the back of the church and Our Lady of Guadalupe with its flowing water which they said could heal (somehow wishing for a miracle cure for some diseases). There was a healing mass going on and we were fortunate to experienced such kind of ceremony. I was touched by the song, Alam Kong May Magagawa ang Diyos which happened I only see in television. The homily and healing part was one of the best experience. I was surprised with huge people attending the mass celebration and we were being blessed with oil at the end of the mass. The text scam attracts people by informing them that they can get a discount or be entitled to a rebate on their monthly bill once they text a certain number. A sample message states: “GLOBE Postpaid: Congrats!You're the one selected postpaid plan given P150 discount billing, to get your P150 discount billing just text 150 send to 2916XXXXXXX.” By adding the number “2” before the 10-digit cell phone number of the recipient, the unsuspecting subscriber would have done a Share-A-Load transaction, thus the sum of 150 pesos would be transferred or credited to the sending prepaid number.
