100 VISIONARIES LIST fuses culture, biz and politics

'Tis the season to empower ourselves as the May 2010 elections draws closer. And as we all know, information is key. Wear your political colors and, more importantly, your patriotic spirit as 100 magazine, the black book of brands, commerce and culture, runs down its most significant list to date—“The 100 Visionaries List—on January 27, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., at Bonifacio High Street Oval (fronting Nike Park and Krispy Kreme), The Fort in Taguig City. This “a.political party” will be an evening of celebration as 100 introduces its positivism and responsible voting campaign, “I Am A Visionary,” in cooperation with the City of Taguig.

Visionaries from public service and the private sector will be recognized at the event alongside 100 cover personalities, CamSur Governor L-Ray Villafuerte and Taguig Mayor Freddie Tinga. 100, the most coveted list in biz lifestyle magazine boosts the nationalistic spirit as it releases its first ever political issue through “Visionaries List: 100 names to reckon with in the 2010 elections.” Following the success of its first two magazine editions, which covered rising Filipino entrepreneurs as well as the food and beverage industry, 100 now highlights the most influential vocation in the country—public service. 100's Visionaries List is a fully packed list of 100 personalities to watch out for in the 2010 Philippine elections. The list is an insider coverage of the lives, visions and inspirations of tomorrow's patriotic mavericks. These subjects are national and local politicians as well as individuals from the private sector who will be significant names in May 2010.

So whatever political party you belong to, this is the perfect time to turn on your visionary mode and imbibe that new-world optimism! Jam 88.3's DJ Scottie will host the event and share some insights about 100's new edition, while chillout band Techy Romantics will give some of their love. If that's not enough, watch out for those smashing Visionary Graphic Tees to be given away to lucky guests. 100 also supports Habitat for Humanity as it shares proceeds of the magazine sales to the partner foundation.
