Remember back when we were kids and dreamed of flying into the stars wearing our capes made out of towels? Or when we go feed our toy soldiers to our “pet” toy dinosaurs?
Now, it’s time to relive those fun memories again, as the Philippine Toys, Hobbies, and Collectibles Convention is set to bring you back to those innocent flights of fantasy on June 19-21.
This time around, Toycon will be bringing a motley crew of caped and colourful superheroes with the World of DC Comics exhibit by Pacific Licensing. Not will you get to see some of the best action figures of Superman, Batman, and the other members of the Justice League, but you can get the chance to grab some great-looking DC hoodies from Authority Hoodies.
On the other hand, if you are more into embarking on adventures to galaxies far, far away, Toycon also got you covered, as Walt Disney rolls out tons of new figures and merchandise in celebration of the original film trilogy and in anticipation of the upcoming Star Wars Rebels tv series. Marvel at the classic X-Wings and Tie Fighters, as well new characters and vehicles coming from the series. And the Star Wars 501st Philippine Outpost is set to join in on the fun, with their new troopers and droids.

Going back to Earth, it’s time relieve your childhood fascination with dinosaurs with the release of the new Jurassic World film. Universal Pictures is going all out for the much anticipated sequel to Jurassic Park, with lots of cinematic artwork and merchandise on display.
For those who want to be a member of the Survey Corps to take down titans, get ready with your 3D maneuver gears for the launch of the first Attack on Titan live action film from Pioneer Films.
Of course, our flight back to childhood would not be complete without the chance to play as some of our favorite superheroes. Join cosplay queen Alodia Gosiengfiao as she opens Cosplay Univers, the biggest gathering of cosplayers in the country.
And since this is Toycon, there are a lot of toy adventures to be witnessed, with the different exhibits coming from Pinoy Lego users Group , Planet Krypton, Funko Funatic Philippines, One Sixth Republic and Pinoy Sixth Scale collectors.
