Celebrated every 31st of December in Barangay Santolan, Pasig City. Pakalog Festival is one way of welcoming the upcoming year wherein people from the barangay (Santolenos) gathered on the streets and celebrate the new year with sharing foods, party games and loud music. The parade was held in four-o-clock in the afternoon and all residents have seen Santolenos band followed by different groups of social communities and the most awaited 'lechon' carried by people. Globe, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) , and Scholars of Sustenance Philippines have joined forces for the  Hapag Movement  to address involuntary hunger that still plagues millions of Filipinos. The partnership aims to rescue over 110 tons of surplus food from SMDC developments to provide 450,000 meals to 90,000 families over the next 18 months.
