1) What is the Promo?

 The Caltex Up and Away Promo is Caltex's way of sharing one hundred (100) free entrance tickets to the 16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, this February 10-13, 2011, to the fans of the Official Caltex Philippines FB Page.



2) How long will the promotion run?

The contest period will start on February 5, 2011 and end on February 9, 2011.



3) How many winners would there be?

Each day, starting from Feb. 5, 2011 until Feb 9, 2011, five (5) lucky winners will be selected via raffle. 



4) What are the prizes?

 The prize for each winner is 4 (four) entrance tickets to the 16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiestal! Caltex is giving away a total of one hundred (100) free tickets, to a total of twenty-five (25) lucky winners!



5) How do I join?

 Joining is very easy! All you have to do is "Like" the Caltex Philippines Official Page, Click on the "Up and Away" tab, allow the App permission, and start making your beautiful hot air balloons!



6) Can I make multiple balloons?

 Of course! Each successfully created balloon is equivalent to one (1) entry to the raffle! Users can create a maximum of ten (10) balloons each for the duration of the whole contest!



7) How will I find out who the winners are?

 Winners will be randomly selected and announced on the Official Caltex Facebook Page.



8) The application tells me to "like" the page first before I can join but I "liked" the page already ... What should I do? 

1) Click On the "Account" drop down menu in Facebook located near the upper right corner of the page (beside "Home" and "Profile"), 

2) Click on "Privacy Settings." In the page that opens, click on "Edit your setting" located under the "Apps and Websites" heading located in the bottom left portion of the page.

3) Click on the "Caltex Up and Away Promo" to edit your settings for this app.

4) Click "remove app" and confirm.

5) Go back to the Official Caltex Philippines Facebook Page, then  click the "Up and Away" tab and "join now."

6) After you allow the application permission, you are now on your way to creating beautiful balloons and qualifying for a chance to win tickets to the Fiesta!



9) I can't "Like" your page, I can't see the "Like" button! What should I do?

Follow the same steps above answering  question number 8.



10) What should I do if the app says that I have made 10 balloons already when I have not yet done so?

There are two ways of solving this; either try the app on a different browser, or clear out the cache of your current browser. Here is a helpful link to guide you on how to clear your cache, just identify your browser and follow the instructions.
