Few days to go and we are going to reunite with our family and friends, Christmas is said to be the most wonderful time of the year and everyone is preparing gifts to their loved ones.

Thanks to Easy Pha-Max for sending me these healthy drinks and reminded me that I should still live a healthy lifestyle even during holiday season. I know its very tempting to eat everything we see on the dining table and we should always take extra care on the foods and drinks we intake :)
