Venetian Night Market: The flavors of Spain, Italy and Mediterranean

Venice Piazza at McKinley Hills in Fort Bonifacio is bringing the first Venetian Market, a one of a kind marketplace wherein you can taste the flavors of Spain, Italy and Mediterranean dishes that officially launched on May 25.

For you to find out which out the best food and wine combination, a Wine Pairing Color Chart is prepared and discover Chardonnay, which falls under the color green, can match perfectly with potatoes, pudding, crab, and veal. You’d be surprised to find that Moscato, classified under the color dark brown, can be paired with the all-time favorite donut snacks. There’s also the option of trying foie gras with Shiraz, which is under the color flesh. These are just some of the pairing options. Imagine being there and really experiencing the many ways you can enjoy wine pairing.

There were different sections: Cold Cuts, Savory, Pizza and Pasta, Organic Produce, Sweets, Gourmet Snacks, and Beverage. Having this many options proves there’s never been anything like this before in Manila.
The Venetian Night Market will be housed in a new fully air-conditioned tent in the middle of Venice Piazza at McKinley Hill. It will be open once a month starting May 25 to 26 and June 1 to 2 from 8:00PM to 2:00AM to bring you that true European marketplace experience. And best of all, there’s no entrance fee!
