Invitation to a Google Mapping Party

Many of you remembered when you're still studying History and required to bring a local map to discuss about the different regions and city capitals of each provinces. Now, you are searching for a particular restaurant located somewhere in Metro and still finding answers online. All you got is the website and the address but you are not familiar with the place.

Today, you've got nothing to worry about. Even if the place is not 'commonly' heard, still, you can able to search it online. That's what is Google Maps is offering to all users. You can now easily find business locations and contact information in one map - online! Yes, for example if you type the word 'pizza branches in metro manila' now it will easily revealed the details together with relevant results and of course, 'the map.'

If you would love to learn more about this service from Google, simply search for Google Maps or Google Places.

And now, Blog and Soul will be hosting a Google Mapping Party for the Philippine Red Cross on May 28, 2011, 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Meralco Caseroom, Asian Institute of Management, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
