I've been browsing online on where I can find these Hello Kitty shirts in the Philippines until I saw this page, https://www.facebook.com/uniqlo.ph - the store will opens in June at Mall Of Asia (Yey!).

My forever favorite, Hello Kitty has its own shirts collection at UNIQLO. Perfect for Summer-Spring season, these color printed shirts are available at a very affordable prices. Hope I can visit this store soon :)
