SOUK! A SHOPPING JOURNEY

Heads up to shoppers and foodies!

On Sept 24 and 25, Rockwell Tent in Makati is the place to be.

Carewell Foundation, a cancer support group, is putting up a bazaar that offers fascinating shopping and food experiences. Up for sale are an enormous range of cheap and varied merchandise, such as clothes, home accessories and food.   Also featured are live performances by music artists such as Madjaas, Sanghabi and Tapati.  

Dubbed “SOUK! A shopping journey,” the bazaar aims at raising fund for cancer patients and their families.

Incorporated in 2005, the Cancer Resource and Wellness (Carewell) Community is a nonprofit foundation that provides support, education, and hope to persons with cancer and their loved ones.

We are a partner organization of the Cancer Support Community (CSC), the global leader and the world’s largest provider of free, community-based psychosocial support. CSC combines the strengths and capabilities of The Wellness Community and the Gilda’s Club Worldwide.

As of 2011, Carewell has supported hundreds of members at its center in Makati City and in various Metro Manila hospitals. All its resources, services, and programs are offered free-of-charge to cancer patients and their families.

Come over to the Rockwell Tent on September 24-25.  Do your Christmas shopping, and experience the Carewell SOUK!
