7. All mailed-in entries received until October 20 with October 17 postmark will be valid for the promo.
8. Raffle Draw will be on October 24, 2011 at Astech Pengson Distributors Inc head office.
9. Raffle winners will be notified via registered mail and phone call.
10. Metro Manila winners can claim their prizes at Astech Pengson Distributors Inc head office upon presentation of the following:
a. 2 valid government issued ID (School ID, SSS ID, Drivers License, PRC)
b. Registered mail being sent to them
11. Provincial winner's prizes will be sent via courier free of charge. They must submit via fax (332 2057) the above mention requirements.
12. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Astech with prior DTI approval.
13. Astech Pengson will shoulder the tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00
14. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
15. Employees of Astech Pengson Distributors Inc, its sister companies, participating authorized dealers including their relative up to second degree of consanguinity of
affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
