Trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked with 2 restos in France, Chef Sau Del Rosario is the country's one of the most promising chefs of today. He simply loves cooking and enjoys preparing simple dishes as well.

Chef Sau presented three dishes: Mushroom Tagliatelle with Truffle Cream, Chicken Provencale and Seared Tuna Nicoise Salad. Recipes will be posted at Food Pilipinas Blog.
