Here are the photos from Chef Series Presents: Chef Sau Del Rosario at Eastwood City!

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America and worked with 2 restos in France, Chef Sau Del Rosario is the country's one of the most promising chefs of today. He simply loves cooking and enjoys preparing simple dishes as well.

Chef Sau presented three dishes: Mushroom Tagliatelle with Truffle Cream, Chicken Provencale and Seared Tuna Nicoise Salad. Recipes will be posted at Food Pilipinas Blog.

 






Chicken Provencale, the audience got the chance to taste the dishes. that's why we love watching cooking demos :)


Early Christmas giveaways, the audiences took home these kitchen utensils and appliance.

Pakalog Festival is one way of welcoming the upcoming year wherein people from the barangay (Santolenos) gathered on the streets and celebrate the new year with sharing foods, party games and loud music.
